Welcome to The Merry Studio. By accessing our website and purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Products & Handmade Nature

All items are handcrafted. Due to the artistic and handmade process, slight variations in color, design, and finish may occur. These variations are not defects but part of the uniqueness of each piece.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

3. Custom & Preservation Orders

Custom and preservation pieces (including photo and floral preservation) are made specifically for you and are final sale. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and approved materials.

We are not responsible for natural color changes that may occur in preserved florals over time.

4. Shipping

Processing times vary depending on the product and will be stated at checkout. Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damages incurred during transit.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged. Claims for damaged items must be submitted within 5 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, product names, and content on this website are the property of The Merry Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Merry Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
