Custom & Preservation Consultations

For custom or preservation inquiries, please provide as much detail as possible, including:

Consultation responses may take slightly longer due to the personalized nature of these services.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photographs of:

  • The damaged item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
